Q1. Do you have same day delivery?

A. Yes, we have but only for Metro Manila customers. Only available from Monday - Saturday. Cutoff of orders is at 4 p.m.

 

Q2. How many days would it take to receive my order?

A. It depends on your location and chosen courier. For Metro Manila customers who chose Lalamove, we can process and book a rider within the day. For J&T and GoGo Express, it usually takes 2-3 days. As for Provincial customers, it would take 3-7 days.

 

Q3. What is your mode of payment?

A. We have BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, Gcash, Shopee Pay, Grab Pay, and Cash on Delivery.

 

Q4. Are you open on weekends?

A. We are open on Saturday only. Processing of orders are only available from Monday - Saturday. Cutoff of orders is at 4 p.m.

 

Q5. Are your items on hand? 

A. All of our items are on hand and ready to ship.

 

Q6. Do you accept pre-orders or reservations?

A. We don't accept pre-orders and reservations.
